Advanced Graphics was founded in 1985 in Katy, Texas to meet specific needs in the oil and gas exploration markets. As one of the first Varitronics dealers in the United States, we enjoyed great success marketing the Merlin Lettering System to the drafting rooms in the oil and gas exploration, architectural, and engineering markets. As our business grew, our customers began to ask us to meet new and different needs in the area of signage and labeling as well as meetings and presentations.

The arrival of the affordable personal computer has had a tremendous effect on our ability to meet the demands of an ever changing and expanding customer base, and has changed the nature of our company from a market specific office systems dealer to a value added systems integrator. Our strategic alliances with companies such as Gerber Scientific Products, Eltron, Data Collection Specialists, Datacard, Fargo and Primera Technologies, to name a few, has enabled us to fulfill our company motto: SOLUTIONS... NOT JUST MACHINES!
